Job description
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Temporary Assistant Manager to join our Human Relations department. This role involves providing comprehensive support in Employee Relations, Complaint Management, Training and Development, and HR IT support. The aim is to enhance employee engagement, effectively handle inquiries and complaints, coordinate training activities, and maintain efficient HR administrative and IT processes. The ideal candidate will proactively manage employee relations, facilitate smooth communication between employees and HR, and ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards.
Responsibilities:
• Employee Relation Support: Coordinate employee relations, administer engagement activities, and handle inquiries. Ensure prompt responses to policy and benefit questions. Assist with employment certificates, notarizing documents, and managing labor contracts. Prepare HR documents and document employee changes like transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
• Employee Complaint Management: Document issues, coordinate resolutions, and maintain confidential records. Collaborate with HR to address complaints promptly and fairly. Support employee meetings related to complaint handling.
• Training and Development Support: Organize training sessions, manage registrations, and prepare materials. Maintain participation records and evaluate training effectiveness. Inform colleagues about courses and provide training reports. Coordinate with trainers and vendors, manage training records, and support the performance appraisal process.
• HR IT Support: Digitalize employee files and manage HR IS projects. Maintain and handle data, follow up on helpdesk cases, ensure data protection and compliance, and prepare work instructions as needed.
Job requirements
Education:
• University degree in Business Administration, HR, or related majors.
Experience / Skill / Knowledge:
• At least 2 years of experience in the HR field.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law.
• Proven experience in Employee Relations.
• Experience with HR IT systems (e.g. Workday, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, and MS Office suite.
• International operating company experience is a plus.
Personal Skills:
• Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Tactful, cooperative, creative, and outgoing with the ability to work under pressure.
