Job Purpose Summary
• Manage relationships with existing lending customers to enhance the transaction experience
• Grow new customers for cash transaction and fixed deposit
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Functional
• Develop client relationships to gather deposits and sell cash management services within a defined non-borrowing client portfolio
• Meets with Relationship Managers to review their accounts and identify prospects for cash management services
• Schedules and completes calls on existing clients and prospects in order to develop new deposit, treasury management, and other referral business
• Regularly meets with clients to review and expand business through client growth, cross-sell of additional services, and relationship consolidation
• Develop new business opportunities through referrals from existing clients, natural markets and business partners,
• Makes regular calls on prospects, either independently or with a relationship manager, to generate high quality new Cash Management and deposit business to achieve or exceed specific production goals
• enable the generation of monthly activity reports regarding opportunities for differentiation at the client, pipelines, closed sales,
• Drives increased product usage of Cash management services,
• Ensures appropriate pricing and revenue yield on new and existing relationships
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
• To assist in other daily issues as requested by Head of the department.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education/Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in any field of study.
Experience
• Product, project and/ or stakeholder management.
• Good exposure in Cash Management product suite;
• Strong awareness and understanding of wider business and economic environment;
• At least 5 years in Cash Management Sale or Deposit RM
Special Skills
• Influent in English communication on a business level
• Become a trusted advisor to Relationship Managers, our clients and prospects
• Develops a deep understanding of client structure, cash flow, banking relationships, processes, costs, and pain points to develop compelling proposals
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, competitors’ products and pricing in the market served
