職務内容
1. New Client Acquisition:
o Conduct outreach (via phone, email), arrange meetings, prepare quotes, submit approval requests to the headquarters, and provide follow-up support to potential clients.
1. 新規営業:
アポどり(電話、メール)、面談、見積もりの作成、本社への承認申請、顧客のフォローアップ
2. Existing Client Support:
o Manage client communication through email and in-person meetings.
o Collaborate with the company's specialized teams to discuss technical queries and provide appropriate advice to clients.
2. 現顧客対応:
メール対応、面談対応
専門的な質問について会社の専門チームと議論を行いクライアントへ
適切なアドバイスを行う
3. Process Standardization, Improvement, and Productivity Enhancement:
o Work with the team to make specialized tasks more accessible for all, and further enhance the quality and speed of operations.

専門的な業務を誰もができるようにし、その上でさらに質とスピードを上げていくための取り組み。

4. Partner and Supplier Management:
o Maintain contact with external partners and suppliers, ensuring smooth collaboration.

5. Accounts Receivable Management:
o While overall management is handled by the Japanese Manager and Chief Accountant, you will oversee receivables for your assigned clients.
5. 債権管理
全体管理は日本人マネージャー及びチーフアカウンタントが行うが、
担当顧客の債権の確認
