Assistant Brand Manager - Yomost
Job description
Key objectives
• Assist in the execution of marketing plans to deliver commercial targets.
• Coordinate effectively with Sales and Operations departments to ensure OTIF delivery of operational tasks in alignment with marketing strategy of the assigned brand(s)
Job Responsibilities
• Closely monitor and analyse sales, market share, competitor activities to recommend commercial actions.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives
• Coordinate cross functions to implement activities effectively & OTIF
• Assist in coordination with Sales departments to deliver winning portfolio (pricing, barrier breaking renovation and innovation), maximised distribution and in-store activities
• Manage marketing budget and expenditures.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Job requirements
• Education: Undergraduate level qualifications
• Experience: at least 3 years of experience in brand marketing in FMCG, preferably in MNCs
• Skills: good problem solving; stakeholder management; project management skills, etc..
