Mô tả công việc
1. Working location:
- 1 headcount will be based in HCM office
- 1 headcount will be based in Hanoi
2. Job overview:
- Fully be responsible to develop business development and meet sales target of the trade/ retail sales channel and promote the product ranges and manage sales team throughout South/ North of Vietnam.
- Manage and develop the trade/ retail sales team and show the managerial leadership.
3. Main responsibilities:
- Develop yearly strategic plan to grow the trade/retail business in align with the company vision.
- Lead and manage team to achieve trade/retail sales team’s set monthly/quarterly/yearly set targets & KPI.
- Provide the managerial leadership to the sales team to make sure they are developing and growing with the company. Deliver the training and coaching to the team members.
- Constantly and regularly monitor, follow up and report on progress of the customers 'requirements to all stakeholders.
- Develop & manage trade/retail dealers network and extend sales channel within the assigned territories by maximizing opportunity coverage and product penetration.
- Implement the product & trade marketing activities at newly acquired and/or existing dealers e.g. product sample boards, product displays, Yale product corners, signboards, promotions,…
- Support the distributor for sell-out activities, increase the ratio of shop-share.
- Build a strong relationship with related parties. Deeply understand the customers’ demands as well as the technical/commercial needs and present our respective products accordingly.
- Align with marketing department to promote and create brand awareness for ASSA ABLOY / Yale brands within south of Vietnam.
- Study competition of each specific customer and prepare win-win quotes of our customized solutions in the compliance with the consultation/direction of the supervisors/company.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Coordinate with Marketing Department to delivering an events program, to ensure that brand presence is maximized, and strategic objectives are met.
- Be the representative for ASSA ABLOY Vietnam (AAVN) for customer contacts or/and related events. Live in AA values. Do everything to enhance and to protect AAVN as a company and brand and don’t do anything that can cause disadvantage or damage ASSA ABLOY / Yale as the company or brands.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree or relevant certification
- Min 5 years’ experience in sales, general trade/retail business development in the hardware industry/ building materials industry
- Experience in general/traditional trade, modern trade sales, business development
- Ability to work with cross culture, function and country teams.
- Have a good understanding of branding and dealer network set up
- Leadership and management skills
- Good at communication skill, negotiation skill
- Strong learning capability and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. High levels of creativity
- Result oriented, take initiatives, self-motivated and have the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good at computer (MS Office, internet)
