- Develop and Propose AfterSales Policies: Collaborate with relevant Dept. to create and improve of policies for AfterSales , encompassing both service and spare parts operations and pricing.
- Review and Adjust Policies: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of existing policies and make necessary adjustments to align with market changes, customer needs, and internal goals.
- International and National Policy Alignment: Ensure policies can work and aligned across different regions, considering both local/national and international standards and regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical, service, and sales teams to integrate best practices and feedback into policy formulation.
- Customer Satisfaction Focus: Propose and implement policies that directly contribute to customer satisfaction by enhancing service quality, parts availability, and overall customer experience.
- Data-Driven Approach: Collaborating with aftersales and market teams to perform data analytics and market surveys to assess policy impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance & Legal Oversight: Ensure all AfterSales policies comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, both locally and internationally.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge of vehicle operations and components (preferred) to develop more effective and precise policies related to service and parts management.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on policy performance and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Drive Business Growth: Design policies that support business growth strategies by improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer loyalty.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in AfterSales roles (service, spare parts) within the automotive industry, covering both national and international operations.
- Proven experience in policy development, review, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive market (2-wheelers and 4-wheelers) and industry regulations.
- Technical background in vehicle manufacturing, mechanics, or automotive technology is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable policy decisions.
- Strong communication (English is a must) and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, service, and business teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools (able to read & work with Technical Drawing is a plus).
