Aftersales Engineer/ Services Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced After-sales Specialist responsible for aftersales service network to ensure the smoothly operation of the after-sales service providers. This includes managing authorized service centers’ performance, managing pending jobs, repair speed, KPIs…

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the network construction/ planning management of the aftersales service department.

• Responsible for supporting service partners and deploying after-sales works to ensure the completion of pending service repair jobs

• Manage product complaints and customer complaints

• Oversee and coordinate training and field layout progress

• Managing personal’s KPIs, team’s KPIs and service providers’ performance

• Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership

Collaboration

• After-sales Manager: Routine communication and feedback on issues daily, after-sales service policy, feedback from end users and dealers

• Technology department supervisor: Communication and feedback on product-related issues.

• Training Department: Coordination of training for service providers’ technicians, receptionists, supervisors about technic, repair skills, system and application.

• Call center: Working closely with call center agents/ supervisor to find out the root cause of delay repair to improve repair speed and customers’ satisfaction.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in air conditioning or HVAC or a related field preferred with English proficiency as a working language

• Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the home appliance industry and over 3 years of experience in the air conditioning industry, with proficiency in air conditioning installation and repair skills

• Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, good professional ethics, quick thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to independently carry out management work.

Team-oriented, good at communication and collaboration, able to handle high work pressure.

• High proficiency in written and verbal Chinese, proficiency in English language is highly advantageous.
