Affiliate Marketing & Advertising Executive

1. Affiliate Marketing

- Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners through outreach, networking and relationship building.

- Negotiate and finalize affiliate agreements, ensuring clear terms and expectations.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, training and resources as needed.

- Monitor affiliate activity, performance and compliance with program guidelines.

- Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities and other areas.

- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on affiliate program performance and key metrics.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements.

2. Indoor-Outdoor Advertising

- Identify and establish contact with potential customers

- Negotiate and finalize advertising agreements, ensuring clear terms and expectations.

- Manage digital signage rental fee from Lotte Mall’s advertising vendor

- Manage advertisement display on Lotte Mall’s digital signage (LED screens, Elevator DID, Kiosk), support tenant on promotion upload on Kiosk system…

- Coordinate with the related department and vendor providing screens and management

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers

- Recommend advertising strategies to target a specific region or demographic to increase advertising effectiveness

- Generate and submit sales reports to management

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

- 2+ years of demonstrable experience as an affiliate marketer or in digital marketing

- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, advertising strategies and best practices

- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms, networks and tracking tools

- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and related KPIs

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights

- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong project management
