Affiliate Management Executive
Job description
1. Creator Acquisition:
a. Identify, approach, and onboard new creators to join the network.
b. Conduct research to target creators who align with the company's brand values and campaign objectives.
2. Creator Categorization:
a. Classify creators based on their niches, content type, product alignment, audience demographics, and commission models.
b. Maintain an organized database of creators for streamlined campaign matching.
3. Relationship Management:
a. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with creators to foster loyalty and engagement.
b. Act as the main point of contact for creators, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.
4. Campaign Coordination:
a. Collaborate with brands to receive and process campaign bookings.
b. Work closely with creators to negotiate terms and facilitate livestreams, video productions, or other campaign activities.
5. Campaign Management:
a. Manage creator campaigns end-to-end, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign KPIs.
b. Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns effectively and resolve potential issues swiftly.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
a. Regularly track and analyze creator performance metrics such as engagement rates, conversions, and revenue contributions.
b. Provide performance reports to internal stakeholders and actionable feedback to creators for improvement.
7. Collaboration and Reporting:
a. Work closely with the Affiliate Manager and the Service Operation Team to align strategies with company-wide objectives.
b. Contribute to team discussions and recommend improvements for affiliate management practices.
Job requirements
1. Experience:
a. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in MCNs, Ecommerce, or platforms with affiliate marketing programs.
b. Proven track record of managing partnerships with creators or influencers.
2. Skills:
a. Negotiation & Communication: Strong ability to negotiate campaign terms and foster positive relationships with creators and brands.
b. Organization & Categorization: Proficiency in classifying creators and managing a comprehensive creator database.
c. Campaign Management: Knowledge of campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking tools.
d. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
e. Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Excel, affiliate management software, and performance analytics platforms.
3. Attributes:
a. Strategic thinker with the ability to align creator activities with overall company objectives.
b. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
c. Team player with excellent collaboration skills across different departments.
