Admission Coordinator

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Offer students detailed information regarding the admission process and address any inquiries they may have.

- Facilitate the recruitment of prospective students by organizing and managing promotional events

- Keep the students' information up to date and ensure the maintenance of a comprehensive database.

- Provide guidance and support to students throughout the application and acceptance process.

- Evaluate student applications by thoroughly examining their test scores, academic performance, and involvement in extracurricular activities.

- Benchmark the targeted markets in order to provide critical analysis on the potential customers’ needs and behaviors, on the competition and to propose changes on Sales Plan.

- Propose the Sales promotion campaigns and appropriate tools to support the Sales’ performance.

- Cooperate to manage Alumni Relations – Events, Database, Reports, Charities, Partnerships, Committee

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

- Ability to create and maintain detailed records

- Ability to multi-task and remain organized

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Candidate must possess minimum a Bachelor Degree

- Minimum 2 years of experience with an Educational institution in a similar or related field(s) or proven track record of relevant work experience demonstrating practical and theoretical knowledge of student admissions.

- Strong plus for candidates with oversea-study background or who demonstrate a -solid understanding of international colleges & universities.

- Strong plus for candidates could handle simple design task
