Admin Staff (JLPT N1)

- Support various administrative functions by managing documentation related to construction project including contract review and preparation of forms and documents.

- Daily report to Japanese Board of Management.

• Key Responsibilities/Nhiệm vụ chính:

• Review and verify contracts, documents, and other administrative paperwork for accuracy and compliance.

• Handle translations, both written and verbal, between Japanese and Vietnamese as required for official documentation and communication.

• Maintain and organize project documentation to ensure all files are up-to-date and accessible.

• Assist the project and administrative teams in scheduling, planning for administrative tasks related to regulatory compliance.

• Summarize company’s business status and report it to upper management.

• Coordinate and communicate with government agencies to obtain necessary permits, certifications, and licenses.

• JLPT N1 is required for accurate reading, writing, and communication with Japanese Board of Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Japanese Studies, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience of 2-3 years in an administrative role, ideally within construction project.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with government officials.

• Proficiency in Office Software (PowerPoint, Excel, Words)
