Your Impactful Role:

• Launch, monitor, and refine e-commerce and lead generation campaigns across diverse platforms. Your actions ensure every campaign is primed to meet and exceed performance goals.

• Apply in-depth knowledge of campaign management, optimization, and troubleshooting, using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and engagement.

• Utilize HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to rapidly update landing pages and email creatives. Implement tools like CTRWOW to continually refine funnels, improving CTR and CVR.

• Work with AI-based tools that handle routine ad ops tasks—such as setting up basic campaigns, automating bids, and updating creatives—so you can focus on strategy, innovation, and complex optimizations.

• Create and analyze detailed performance reports, translating complex data from platforms like Everflow, Google Analytics, CRMs, and Shopify into clear, actionable insights. Your interpretations will directly inform growth strategies and ensure continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in reporting tools and comfort in data manipulation and visualization.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; familiarity with Python is a plus.

• Strong communication skills to articulate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

• A meticulous, detail-oriented approach ensuring campaigns align perfectly with key performance indicators and brand standards.
