APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduates or those with less than 3 years of experience in fields such as finance, banking, business, real estate.

• Passionate about sales/business development with clear future goals.

• Good communication skills, proactive, flexible.

• Proficient in using computers and office applications.

• Preferably able to communicate in English.

SELECTION PROCESS:

1. Application: 18/12/2024 – 15/03/2025

2. Interview with HR: 10/01 – 31/03/2025

3. Virtual assessment sessions with Generali Managers: 26/02/2025 and 09/04/2025

4. In-person assessment activities and interview with the Board of Directors: April 2025
