JOB DESCRIPTION: Accounting & Finance Manager

As accounting and finance manager's role to ensure that the company's financial operations are accurate and compliant with regulations. Responsibilities include:

• Daily Operation: Review Internal Approval & Payment

• Financial record-keeping: Ensuring that financial records are accurate and compliant with regulations

• Costing: Do Accurate Costing

• Closing: Do monthly closing in accounting system SAP both FI module & CO module

• Management report: Prepare Management Report at the request of CFO

• Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data and reports to identify risks and opportunities, and to provide insights to help with decision-making

• Financial reporting (IFRS, VAS): Producing and submitting financial reports to management and stakeholders

• Audit report (IFRS, VAS, TP): Deal with auditor for the audit report & transfer pricing. Prepare Group package reports & notes & analysis to Group audit.

• Budgeting: Monitoring spending and creating budgets that are sustainable and aligned with the organization's financial health

• Team management: Leading a team of accountants and finance professionals, and providing training and mentorship

• Policy development: Developing policies and system management for finance and accounting

• Taxation: Managing corporate tax matters and preparing tax returns

• Regulatory compliance: Staying updated on government regulations to ensure the company is following the proper legal protocols

Accounting and finance managers should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor or above

• Chief accountant certification is required

• Knowledge of SAP in manufacturing company

• Work experience from audit senior level in Big 4 company or similar position in Manufacturing companies

• Having deep knowledge of VAS and IFRS, consol if any

• Having a strong logical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

• CPA/ACCA/ CMA certificate is a plus

• Fluent oral and written English communication skills
