Job description
1. Manage overall Administration activities of the office:
• Make all documentation for social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and other related tasks.
• Make all labor-related reports and submit them to the Government Dept.
• Record staff attendance, annual leave
• Assist the Japanese Director with rental apartment, business trip claims, Hotel, air ticket, car and taxi booking and scheduling, etc.
• Support local staff for entertainment claims, business trips, and other office activities
• Handle phone calls in the office
• Manage office supplies, and office expenses: taxi, rental car, stationary, drinks, courier service
• Other HR and GA jobs assigned by supervisor.
2. Assist the accounting department:
• Issue VAT invoice and send to customers, receive vendors' invoice
• Submit tax reports to government authority
• Follow AR, and AP to customers and vendors
• Follow banking-related transactions
• Other accounting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job requirements
• University graduated
• Good English, able to speak Japanese is an advantage
• Major in Accounting
• Careful, good sense of numbers
• Able to get onboard early
• Female, Vietnamese (under 30 years old)
• Smart and logical thinking, ability to work independently
• Capable of working under high pressure
• Trust, dynamic, hard-working and high responsibilities, eager to learn and good personality
