Accountant (Urgent job - Start immediately)

Financial Management

• Oversee and track revenue streams, and issue appropriate invoices.

• Manage the cash flow, monitor bank transactions, and maintain accurate accounting records and documents.

• Supervise accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), ensuring proper reconciliation.

• Prepare and submit tax reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Auditing and Compliance

• Ensure the completeness and legality of incoming and outgoing invoices and documents, and review financial records to guarantee compliance with legal and tax regulations.

• Take responsibility for conducting internal financial audits and coordinating both internal and external audit procedures.

• Provide necessary data and documentation to tax authorities when requested.

• Track and remind internal teams and third-party entities to complete various reports and meet submission deadlines.

• Ensuring compliance with VAS and Tax regulations.

Process Improvement and Collaboration

• Build up and maintain all financial processes, especially target setting and team internal processes; periodically review to update if there are any amendments.

• Proactively set up or participate in related meetings to build new processes and streamline existing processes to optimize workflow.

• Ensure collaboration between finance and other departments or business units runs in conformity.

• Provide advice on all matters regarding financial management to the line manager.

• Manage and deliver projects/tasks as assigned by the line manager.

• Manage salary payments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Obtaining a Chief Accountant certification is an advantage.

• In-depth knowledge and experience with VAT, CIT, PIT

• At least 3 years of experience working in foreign companies, with preference given to those with experience in the E-Commerce industry.

• Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, and a willingness to support the operations of other departments.

• Native Vietnamese speaker; proficient in English or Chinese.
