Accountant Payable

We are looking for a skilled Account Payable to join our Finance and Accounting team. Accounts payable keeps accounting system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors & suppliers. She or he is to help process, track and record payments in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

• Review the payment requests & invoices for an appropriated documentations prior to payment

• Perform the payment via system and bank online

• Perform the Sub-ledger/ledger data entries for Accounts payable

• Execute the bank reconciliation and confirm bank reconciliation via system

• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable processes and banking processes as needed & required

• Assist General accountant/Tax special list/ Accounting manager where requires

• Assist process the Expense management via system

• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in Payable accounting & reporting

• Obtain and print signatures on all checks as requires

• Must have more than 2 years experience in accounting and/or payable accounting matters preferable in Shipping line/logistic/forwarding

• Bachelor's in accounting, or related field

• Be familiar with both Vietnam accounting standard & international Financial reporting

• Familiar with accounting software and online platform

• Good problem solving skills and well time management
