Accountant Cum Administration Officer

Job Description:

• Check payment documents (contracts, invoices, acceptance minutes…) & process payments by

bank transfer and petty cash

• Manage and control daily sales status.

• Do accounting work for building operation management activities.

• Issue VAT invoices, receipt vouchers, payment confirmation to customers.

• Work with banks (housing loan, other cooperation programs to customers)

• Participate in preparing monthly Financial Statements

• Prepare monthly tax declaration, yearly tax finalization

• Scan, print, and arrange reports, ledgers, data sheets, etc. for the enterprise’s archiving

• Book transactions into accounting software (FAST) and perform monthly reconciliation

• Meet the deadline requirements for accounting work

• Process internal procedures to get approval for payments, contracts

• Work with suppliers to finalize contracts for administration work

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders

• Education: University, Bachelor in Accounting

• Experience in related fields: at least 1 years

• English at the business level

• Computer skills: to be good at word, excel and PowerPoint

- Preferable skills:

- Japanese or another language

- Experience on the real estate field

- Hard working, detail-oriented, logical thinking
