As the Accountant & Office Manager, you will have a dual responsibility of managing the company's financial transactions, reporting, and tax compliance, as well as ensuring smooth office operations and administrative support.
Description
* Record, classify, and process financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments/collections.
* Reconcile bank accounts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare reconciliation statements.
* Assist in preparing financial statements, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with tax filings.
* Manage employee expense reports, analyze trends, and track cost-saving opportunities.
* Provide administrative and office management support, including organizing meetings, overseeing daily office operations, and assisting in onboarding, training, and HR processes.
* Maintain clear communication, handle sensitive information, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of practical experience in accounting, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Previous experience in office management and HR support is a plus.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
