Key Responsibilities:

• Bank Account Management: Maintain and oversee bank account transactions.

• Daily Money In/Out: Accurately record daily cash inflows and outflows.

• Customer Payment Follow-Up: Monitor outstanding payments, issue quotations, and manage debit notes.

• Supplier Payments: Handle payment processes for both local and overseas suppliers.

• Bank Liaison: Collaborate with banks on procurement-related matters.

• Coordination with HQ: Communicate with Stratel HQ in Malaysia on financial matters.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports directly to the Director.

1. Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.

2. Language Skills:

• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing) to ensure clear communication with HQ and international suppliers.

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Misa software for accounting and reporting tasks.

4. Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5. Attention to Detail:

• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

6. Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to handle unexpected financial discrepancies and propose solutions efficiently.

7. Team Collaboration:

• Comfortable working with various departments and teams, both locally and internationally.

8. Knowledge of Tax and Compliance:

• Familiarity with Vietnam’s tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

9. Time Management:

• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Attributes:

· Experience in working with multinational companies or subsidiaries.

· Familiarity with financial practices for import/export transactions.

· Ability to adapt to dynamic operational requirements in a growing organization.
