Job Summary:

As an Account/Marketing Executive at Octokit, play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships / driving marketing impacts to grow Octokit’s brand and reach.

Job Description:

Account

- Receive and analyze customer requirements and project briefs, coordinating with the operations team for effective execution.

- Provide solutions, plan strategies, and create quotations that meet customers' marketing needs.

- Develop innovative ideas and pitching content to communicate Octokit’s technology and solutions to client partners (training provided).

- Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout project implementation, fostering positive relationships.

- Accurately transfer project requirements to internal teams, ensuring timely and quality results.

- Handle tasks assigned by leadership to support overall team objectives.

Marketing

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and blogs.

- Create compelling content for SEO blogs, YouTube, and TikTok videos, enhancing Octokit’s online presence.

- Develop and refine marketing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness, incorporating event planning and outreach.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

- Represent Octokit at industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and partners.

Must-have:

+ IELTS 7.0 or higher, with strong proficiency in spoken and written English.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, presentation skills.

+ Able to use Canva, Capcut to create content for marketing campaigns.

A fast learner with an active, productive mindset.

Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools is advantageous.
