Account Manager (Territory Manager)

As a Territory Manager you will serve as the face of Ecolab for your customers and provide recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation process and programs. Territory Managers are responsible for selling, installing, servicing, and maintaining ware washing, laundry, and dispensing systems primarily focused to include hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools, other institutions and distributors. Territory Managers deal directly with customers and their success depends on their ability to provide TVD to each customer through prompt, personal, and reliable service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Selling new business on an annual basis while meeting or exceeding established New Business Targets
• Maintain customer satisfaction and brand protection while establishing new ways of doing business and increasing sales/productivity
• Complete and merchandize required reports and upload data daily and as per required
• Install and perform maintenance on equipment/systems while using electrical, mechanical and or plumbing skills
• Monitor and observe markets in own sales territory (customer needs, competitors, pricing)
• Manage parts inventory, use and control cost
• Accurately complete administrative duties
• Perform work in a safe manner and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of industry experience equivalent (foodservice or hospitality) and high school diploma
• Ability to sell value added products to existing or new customers with strong consultative, selling and influencing skills
• Demonstrated hands-on mechanical ability, which includes electrical, plumbing, and mechanical experience and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment and dispensing systems
• Functional ability to operate computer and computer applications
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Must own a late model reliable car where company vehicles are not provided
• Must be able to successfully complete a post offer physical exam and Work Well Assessment
• Must be able to successfully complete New Hire Training
• Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays
• Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking in English
