About Us:
Artemis Digital Vietnam a a dynamic digital marketing agency headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, with our biggest team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We operate under two exciting brands: Artemis Digital and Heads On Pillows. As a startup, we are dedicated to growth and delivering excellence to our clients. Currently, we’ve more than doubled in size in just the last 12 months, our clients are situated in Vietnam, Australia, UK and throughout SE Asia. We provide SEO management, PPC management, Social Media management and website design/development.
Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients in need of digital marketing services such as website development, SEO, paid ads, and social media management. Proactively reach out to leads via phone calls, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities. Proactively developing its own sales pipeline to promote the benefits of digital marketing and convert new business into the company.
Client Consultation & Needs Analysis:
Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and digital marketing needs. Provide tailored solutions to meet these needs by presenting the agency’s services in a clear and compelling manner.
Sales Presentations & Proposals:
Create and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting how our services (website building, SEO, ads, and social media management, EDM) can help them achieve their business objectives. Develop and send customized proposals based on client requirements.
Relationship Building & Client Retention:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services. Follow up with clients to ensure the success of the campaigns and to explore additional sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads in our CRM system. Provide regular sales reports, forecast pipeline growth, and share performance metrics with the management team.
Collaboration with the Marketing and Operations Team:
Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution, from client acquisition to delivery of services. Assist in the alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.

Proven Sales Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally in the digital marketing industry or a related field (e.g., advertising, technology services).
Strong Knowledge of Digital Marketing Services:
Familiarity with website development, SEO, paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and social media management. Knowledge of industry trends and digital marketing strategies is a must.
Sales Skills:
Demonstrated ability to identify and generate new business, manage a sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
Communication & Presentation Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present, explain, and sell complex digital marketing services to potential clients.
CRM Proficiency:
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking leads, managing opportunities, and generating reports.
Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated:
A proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and is eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Problem-Solving & Client-Centric Approach:
Ability to understand client challenges and offer strategic digital marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.
