Academic Scheduler (Cán Bộ Phụ Trách Đào Tạo – Sắp Xếp Lịch Lớp Học)

Main Responsibilities - Responsible for scheduling the classes suitably and efficiently for daily operation. Be able to optimize the resource of both part-time and full-time lecturers and teaching assistants. - Receive submission and re-submission works from students, return works to students - Assist to inform teachers deadlines for formative assessments and summative assessments of the academic term/ semester and process progress reports - Participate in weekly attendance academic meetings and prepare a meeting minutes - Organize enrolment test and English placement test for prospective students - Schedule the enrolment interview for the teachers - Work with Education Consultant to plan parent’s meetings, student’s orientation at the beginning of the academic term.

- Vietnamese national - Holder of a degree - 2-3 years work experience in a similar position in education.
