24138 - Assistant Internal Communication & Employer Branding Manager

1. Internal Communications
· Drive the communication processes and timetable for change management; leading stakeholders through the steps to ensure timely, impactful communication to increase awareness and mitigate concern.
· Support HR Manager to launch HR communication with innovation & inspiration as evaluated by HRD (e.g. Communication announcement, TV, Recognition corner, notice board...)
· Make sure all SGVN news being active in all social media channels
· Create & maintain internal communications strategy in order to keep employee aligned and connected to SGVN mission
· Ensure HRBP BU follow 100% internal communication activities which is in line with guidelines
· Cascade all communication activities from Regional/Global
2. Employer Branding
· Assist HR Manager to build Employer branding strategy for Saint-Gobain Vietnam.
· Coordinate to drive all the campaigns to build SGVN as an Employer of choice
· Define our employee value proposition to ensure we attract and retain top talent by establishing values, culture and an environment where people can thrive and achieve their highest potential.
· Communicate the employee value proposition through multichannel campaigns and creative social media content to attract and engage high caliber candidates aligned with our mission.
· Lead all events related to career fair, job fair while partnering with the HRBP team in making sure reaching & attracting to young talents
· Build and manage all internal and external communication to build Employer brand awareness in local country and related industries.
3. Digital
· Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, email and other channels
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education:
· Bachelor/ Master degree in specialized in HR or relevant majors
2. Experience:
· At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar position in and MNC organizations or other heavy industry companies.
· Proven excellent leadership and people management.
· Proven experience and knowledge in HR projects, e.g.Company event, internal communication channels, employer branding…etc.
3. Communication & Presentation skills:
· Excellent in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences in both Vietnamese and English.
4. Computer Microsoft office skills:
· Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are compulsory required.
5. Other Accountability:
· Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential.
· Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.
· Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment.
6. Language skills:
· Excellent in speaking and writing in both Vietnamese & English.
