(Senior) 360 Retail Marketing/ Event Activation - Sports

The Sports Marketing Executive will focus on creating and executing sports marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, foster community engagement, and build customer loyalty. This role requires expertise in event activation, athlete partnerships, and social media management, with a keen understanding of holistic sports communities, particularly running and trail running.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Campaign Execution
• Develop and implement sports marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate activations, sponsorships, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Oversee content creation by collaborating with agencies and in-house teams on photos, videos, and other assets related to product campaigns.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
2. Athlete, Partnerships and Event Management
• Support to build and maintain relationships with sponsored athletes, teams, and sports organizations.
• Support the organization of sports events, including races, training sessions, and community runs, ensuring successful execution and budget control.
• Monitor the performance of sponsorship and partnership deals to ensure deliverables are met and objectives achieved.
3. Community Management
• Be the key person in charge of organizing and host community-driven initiatives, such as meetups, fun runs, training sessions, and workshops.
• Foster ongoing engagement with communities by listening to their needs and involving them in the brand’s initiatives.
• Act as the brand representative at community events, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
4. Social Media Management
• Develop a monthly social content calendar in alignment with the Marketing Manager.
• Work closely with agencies, in-house teams, and relevant stakeholders to manage social content creation and allocation.
• Ensure content timelines and deliverables meet KPIs and align with campaign objectives.
5. Report & Administrative Task
• Conduct monthly report on sports trends, community interests, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and recap month marketing activities.
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and reports for partnerships, sponsorships, and athlete management.
• Manage budget tracking and ensure all financial documentation, such as invoices and expense reports, is accurate and up-to-date.
Yêu cầu công việc
Relevant Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sports marketing, event management, or community management.
• Strong understanding of the sports community, with a focus on running, trail running, and triathlon.
• Proven track record in executing campaigns, managing partnerships, and building community engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, especially for administrative and budgetary tasks.
Competencies:
• Prefer Male candidates
• Active participant or enthusiast in running, trail running, or similar sports.
• Experience managing sports communities and facilitating community-driven initiatives.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or other tools for budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
