- Identify new and scale existing processes to allow be Group to efficiently operate and realize growth.
- Plan and implement strategies to continuously translate platform efficiencies into cost savings for the business.
- Dig in our data and use your analytic skills to identify opportunities and pitch new project ideas.
- Analyzing user data and behavior, combining with market research to derive insights that inform product development and growth strategies for user acquisition and retention.
- Developing dashboards and reports that monitor and forecast business performance, providing actionable insights for long-term growth strategy
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of key business metrics, financials, and operational data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to unblock business challenges.
- Perform daily updates on team dashboards, key performance metrics, burns on promotion and incentive.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Business or similar field -- if you think your background brings something to the table, we want to hear from you!
- 2-5 years of Strategy Consulting, Engineering, Banking, Process Improvement, Business Intelligence or relevant work experience in analytics or insights related roles, preferably in ride-hailing or digital services.
- Analytical rigor - Excellent excel skills, exp in data analysis tool (SQL, Python/R..) and visualization tools (like Power BI, GG Looker) are preferred
- High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly.
- Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude be Group is committed to constant improvement.
- User centric with a growth mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude is a must
